Datica Guarantee of Quality
Datica, Inc. warrants each Datica brand Kyocera compatible toner
cartridge to be free of defects in both material and workmanship
for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Datica, Inc. cartridges have been manufactured under stringent
quality control and standards, assuring performance that equals
or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer.
Datica, Inc. will at its option replace the cartridge or refund
the full purchase price of any of its supplies found to be defective.
Datica, Inc. also warrants that, subject to conditions stated
below and under normal use (including operation of printer equipment
within specifications) its toner cartridges will not cause damage,
abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer.
If a defect in the Datica brand toner cartridge causes a printer
to fail, Datica, Inc. will reimburse the customer for the full
amount of all service needed to repair any damage caused by the
new laser toner or cartridge. This warranty is dependent upon
the customer providing satisfactory evidence that the printer
failure was due to a defect in the Datica toner cartridge, including
a written statement on the service company's letterhead, dated
and signed by the company's field sales or service representative.
Datica, Inc.'s liability hereunder shall be limited to the replacement
or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive,
and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
